Obamacare is Destroying America

I wrote a blog about this back on Janurary 23,2011 Entitled: Obamacare Is A Bad Bill and Wrong For America.  In that blog, I did my best to sound the alarm and warn my fellow Americans about how bad of a bill Obamacare really was.  Unfortunately, almost 51% of Americans either didn't read it, don't care or think they won't be effected by it.  They're wrong.  Here is what we do know now after the 2012 election about Obamacare.  The latest RealClearPolitics Poll (as of 11/4/12) about Americans Who Favor or Oppose Repeal of Obamacare.  That Poll is suggesting that even with a slight 5.4% improvement since the last poll, Most Americans still do not favor Obamacare.  With 47.8 Against it and only 42.4% favoring it.  This improving trend will end once the effects of Obamacare are felt not just feared.  Some have starting feeling these effects already.  The overall lasting effects will effect everyone.  Rich, poor, tall, short, white, black, male, female, gay, straight, christian, jew, catholic, muslim, republican, democrat, independent, libertarian, undecided and everyone else.  Just ask the list of companies that have annouced layoffs or closings since Obama won second term.  Ask them about the intial effects of Obamacare.  Ask their families and friends how they feel about Obamacare now. This list of layoffs from Obamacare is extensive, well documented and easily researchable. 
That is just the beginning.  The effects Obamacare will have on every American will get worse before it gets any anything else.  As of October 1st of 2012, Hospitals who re-admit patients within 30 days after they were discharged will now have to, under an Obamacare provision, pay fines as of October 1, 2012, which could force hospitals to slash programs that help the elderly, the poor, and the chronically ill.  As Reported by Breitbart, Washington Post and the Examiner just to name a few credible sources. 
According to a study, "about two-thirds of the hospitals serving Medicare patients, or some 2,200 facilities, will be hit with penalties averaging around $125,000 per facility this coming year."
This provision was inserted into Obamacare as a cost-cutting measure, but it will force hospitals to give the poor, elderly, and chronically ill substandard care.
In addition, critics also note that "large teaching hospitals that are affiliated with universities" could be negatively impacted the most because these hospitals are often on the front lines in dealing with the elderly and the poor in addition to people who have mysterious illnesses who constantly need to be re-admitted to the hospital for urgent care.

As if the Layoffs and Penalties averaging around $125,000 per facility this coming year is not bad enough.  I am really just getting started in this blog to open your eyes and reveal just how bad Obamacare is for everyone in America regardless of who you are or who you voted for in 2012.

Over 171,000 Retirees are likely to lose Tricare Prime now that Obamacare is as Speaker of the House of Congress likes to say "The Law of the Land"  How brave is he?  I'd argue that Mr. Boehner may be a very nice man, however, he is not a brave man or smart at all.  Quite the opposite actually.

When The new regulations from Obamacare start going into effect, Mr. Boehner will be running and hiding from his weakness and cowardice about Obamacare after Obama won re-election.  60 of 91 health care law provisions are currently in effect.  Five taxes enacted as part of health care law take effect Janurary 1st, 2013 totaling $36 billion in 2013.  Obamacare has 20 new or increased taxes on U.S. families & small businesses.  CBO estimates over 20 million people still will not be insured after Obamacare goes into effect.  Experts say Obamacare will cost more.   Study: U.S. Faces 52K Doctor Shortage by 2025; Obamacare, Immigration* Contributing Factors.  Study Says "

Aging adults and the expansion of healthcare coverage under the Affordable Care Act will contribute to a lesser extent, the study found.
Researchers predicted that the U.S. population will increase 15.2 percent by 2025, necessitating about 33,000 more physicians.
Aging adults will create the need for an additional 10,000 physicians in that period, while the Affordable Care Act will require about 8,000 more.
*Immigration is inferred. The birth rate for the United State was 1.89 children per woman in 2011, which is well below the replacement rate of 2.1."

John Mertz, who "runs approximately 40 Denny's and owns the Hurricane Grill & Wings franchise" says he is planning on charging customers a 5% Obamacare Surcharge to pass the cost of Obamacare on the customer.

The force of the government to tell insurance providers they have to cover pre-existing conditions will only aggravate the problem, for it will increase the costs to everyone in the system. That is how they make up the difference to cover it. You can bet your bottom dollar the feds will not allow the insurance companies to really stick it to those with pre-existing conditions. No, in the world of Obama, it’s the communist ideology that the rest of us will have to bear the burden of some of that additional cost.
That cost has many governors are taking a stand refusing to get on board or cooperate with Obamacare by not creating their own health care exchanges to administer Obamacare or let the federal government do it.

So far, only 17 states have told the White House they plan to move ahead with their own programs. Eight governors have already rejected state plans or decided to work with Washington in creating hybrid state-federal exchanges.  States like Texas, South Carolina, Alabama, Montana, Wyoming, Ohio, Florida and South Dakota have all voted to Nullify Obamacare in their states so far.  Making America more divided than before the 2012 elections.  There are 30 Republican Governors across America who could and SHOULD stand firmly to their 10th Amendment right to protect their states from the costs, regulations, taxes and overall burdens that Obamacare will place on all of the people within their states.  That is their job and duty to do what is in their state's best interests.  This is still America.  In America, we still have this option and protection granted by our founders through the constitution. 

I think I will take this time to remind some of you reading this who think or feel that Obamacare is the "Law of the Land" and Should be treated as such.  The Supreme Court did find it Constitutional and a "Tax".  Only 5 of the 9 Supreme Court Justices Approved of Obamacare as a "Tax".  There were still 4 Supreme Court Justices who absolutely rejected that argument and Dissented Against it.  More Proof and Evidence over how divided America is right now.  Another great example as to why we can't leave any more important issues like this up to the federal government to decide.  The federal government has been failing to step up and do the right thing for Americans for awhile now.  It's just been one dishearteding after another after another.  It is time for patriots of this country to get creative and find other ways to fight tyranny here in America.

I don't know what creative way patriots will find to fight against this federal tyranny we're facing but I do know we'll continue to fight, battle and combat tyranny until our last dying breathe.  It is who we are and what we've always done.  Americans have a proud history of stepping up and doing the right thing when push came to shove.  America overcame slavery, women's right to vote, civil war, two world wars and many other wars after that.  Americans rise to challenges.  I have all of the confidence in the world, Americans will rise again to meet this challenge of Obamacare.

During the International Franchise Association convention in Washington, D.C., in September, franchisers learned just how hard Obamacare would hit them. David Barr, a Taco Bell and Kentucky Fried Chicken franchiser, told the group how Obamacare will cut his profits and probably theirs as well — in half. Their only choice is to slash employee hours so they aren’t eligible for company-paid health insurance or stop offering insurance and pay the $2,000 per employee fine.
Barr has 23 stores with 421 employees, 109 of whom are full-time. Of those, he provides health insurance to 30. His total cost is $129,000 per year and his employees pay $995. Under Obamacare, he’ll have to provide health insurance for all 109 full-time employees at a cost of $444,000 per year. The $315,000 increase is more than half his annual profit, after expenses. If he chose the fine instead, his healthcare costs would still increase by $89,000 per year.
Darden Foods, the world’s largest casual dining company — it includes Olive Garden, Red Lobster and LongHorn Steakhouse — was one of the first to announce it would be limiting worker hours to avoid healthcare requirements. Papa John’s CEO John Schnatter said the cost of his pizzas will rise between 11 and 14 cents and worker hours will be reduced. He expects the law to cost his company between $5 million and $8 million annually.
In July, McDonalds Chief Financial Officer Peter Benson said Obamacare will cost his company $420 million in new healthcare costs even though the company received a waiver from the Administration of Barack Obama. His menu prices will increase as a result.
Florida-based restaurant owner John Metz, who owns 40 Denny’s restaurants and the Hurricane Grill & Wings franchise, said last week he would be tacking a 5 percent Obamacare surcharge on his meals and reduce employee hours. He says it is “the only alternative. I’ve got to pass the cost to the customer.”
Look for other restaurants faced with a choice of becoming unprofitable by absorbing the costs or uncompetitive by raising their menu prices if they insure their employees and pass the cost to consumers to also cut worker hours.
Wal-Mart recently raised its health insurance premiums as much as 36 percent, putting coverage out of the reach of many of its employees. Its executives say employee hours will be cut. Likewise, the Kroger grocery chain is also reducing employee hours.

According to Page 113, Line 22, Obamacare DOES EXEMPT the President, Senators, Congressmen and their famlies.  As well as Unions, Muslims and 825 Democrat Donors to Obama's Political Campaign.  Is that fair?  Does that make any kind of sense to anyone?

The government will stop paying for your health care at some point; the only question is when.

Obama is Still the Very Best Candidate the Democrats Have for 2012

I wrote this blog post for all of the critics out there who are still trying to claim that the GOP Candidates for 2012 are weak or soft. The picture above is just the beginning of how weak and soft Obama is. If Obama’s Current Job Approval Polling Numbers from Rasmussen’s Presidential Daily Tracking Poll of 38% of Americans Polled “Strongly Disapprove, giving Obama a Presidential Approval Index rating of -14” is not enough to deter such critics.


Maybe RealClearPolitics.com’s Multiple Polls they posted showing NINE different Polling Sources while giving theirs at the top pretty much seals the deal about where Obama is standing with the American People right now.

Gallup Shows Obama’s Job Approval Rating at around 47% but if You scroll down the page to see the whole history of Obama’s Approval Rating in 2011, You will not be impressed when You see the Highest Job Approval Rating Obama has achieved through Gallup is 51% (from May 2nd - May 8th)

Again Sad and Pathetic!

Republicans are supposed to be intimidated or threatened by that man frolicking around without a care in the world as America is crumbling, struggling to survive and falling to pieces.

This GOP Field of Candidates is the Strongest and Most Conservative that I've ever seen. Rick Santorum, Michele Bachmann, Rick Perry, Newt Gingrich, Herman Cain and Mitt Romney have committed to enter this race to be President in 2012 because they don’t fear Obama, the main stream media or the skeptic/critics when they try to prop up and rewrite how wonderful Obama is.

The three strongest and most conservative being Rick Santorum, Michele Bachmann and Herman Cain.

Even the weakest GOP candidates look like they're willing to mix it up with Obama about his horrible record as President without holding back. My opinion about this current crop of Presidential hopefuls is any one of them would be better than the hapless, inept and juvenile Obama/Biden Ticket in 2012.
The GOP Candidates are not perfect by any means but when judging them or grading them against Obama or Biden, they set the bar pretty low.


I Know the Main Stream Media will spin and twist the overall achievements Obama/Biden did but that is what they do in every modern election. It is a Short List and Very unimpressive. This is nothing new, special or unexpected from the sold out main stream media. The Main Stream Media is bias and Not as Main Stream as it once was. It’s been replaced with Internet Social Networking Sites like Facebook, Twitter and other Popular Blog Sites which Andrew Breitbart and Many other Tea Party Conservative Patriots like to refer to as ‘The New Media". I call it that also but I also call it “The Better Media”. Certainly More Fair and Balanced than the Dinosaur Media News Networks shilling for the Most Socialist/Progressive running in the current race. No Independent Free Thinking Person relies on the Main Stream Media for Accurate News anymore these days. None that I know or talk to anyways.

With all of the Modern Technologies available in America today from the internet, Smart cell phones, iPods, iPads, Kindles and Nooks, obtaining Accurate information as it breaks is easier than ever and more American Citizens are noticing and taking full advantage of this as it pertains to following politics, sports, music or whatever.

Today’s Concerned Citizen/Registered Voter will seek out the Truth and find it quicker than ever before in history.

I Don't think so!

It's not just his verbal mistakes that he's made in public that the media ignores and hides the best they can to protect the image of a President that Agree Most with their Ideology or about how many states there are in America or what medical device is needed for a child with Asthma, it’s really about how Obama is far from being All American. Obama is out of touch and not in sync with most average Americans.

If that isn't pathetic enough, his bowling is not any better, it’s actually worse and embarrassing!

Even Obama admitted that he was a lousy bowler but he did so in an insensitive manner which was not appropriate or Funny. He went on the Jay Leno Show and said he should be bowling in the Special Olympics. That comment was uncalled for and not Presidential by any means.


Obama’s poor bowling skills is from lack of practice, skill and technique. It has nothing to do with the Good Hearted People of the Special Olympics that he threw under the bus seemingly for no good reason except for maybe a cheap laugh. That’s all he got too. A cheap laugh. I Hope he’s proud of himself.

I hate to break it to Obama but I think mentally disabled and special needs people can bowl better than he can.

Now we turn our sites to and our attention to the Vice President, Joe Biden.

A simple Google search for Biden Gaffes produces 565,000 Results. Do I even Need to go there?

I didn't think so.

The Bottomline about Obama/Biden in 2012 is whoever they face in the general election in 2012, the momentum is on the side of the republicans right now and will remain so all the way to the ballot box. Why is that?

Nothing will change in a positive way that needs to from now until we cast our votes in 2012.
 
Why not?


Obama/Biden are Ideologues and determined now more than ever before to finish accomplishing their list of “Changes” and “Transforming America”.

This GOP Class is Real Good and certainly Better than anything close to what Obama/Biden offer. Each and every single GOP Candidate is campaigning on Conservative, Constitutional, Free-Market, Limited Growth and Pro Job Growth Solutions meanwhile Obama is playing yet another round of Golf and Biden is trying not to make anymore public gaffes.

The sad and pathetic truth about 2012 is that Obama/Biden is still the absolute best the democrats have to offer.

That is truly sad and deeply pathetic.

I Dare these same critics and skeptics of any of the GOP Candidates take a Good, Long and Extremely Hard Look around the Country and Show us Democrats who are full of Useful, Helpful and Reasonable Ideas that will turn America around without throwing money at the problem creating more debt. I Honestly Don’t think there’s a Good, Decent Quality, Clear- Thinking Democrat Candidate left in public office to be found anywhere in America.

So that’s my personal challenge to the skeptics/critics, the left and the Main Stream Media which is really all the same anyways but they just refuse to admit it publicly.

There is one other sport that Obama has taken a liking to but we'll never know how good or bad he plays the game.

Obama has played More Rounds of Golf than any modern day President. Maybe More so than any President ever. I think 73 Rounds of Golf is excessive in an extended economic Depression that America has been in since 2008.

Playing Sports is Great Exercise and Recreational. I get that. I'm not at all bashing these sports or that Obama plays them. It is just that Obama plays them so poorly and with golf, it feels like he'd rather play a round of golf than figuere out how to balance America's Budget or sign more drilling permits for offshore drilling to help reduce the high cost of gas at the gas pumps this summer.

The Obama/Biden Team now have a public record after their first term in the White House. When any one of the GOP Candidates press Obama/Biden on their record on losing over 1.9 Million Jobs Now than before Obama/Biden or the 23 Months of Unemployment Rates of 9.0% or Higher (Highest Rate of Unemployment was in October of 2009 at 10.1%) May 2011's Unemployment Rate was at 9.1% according to Bureau of Labor Statistics Data.

I think I laid out enough evidence and proof that it's not the GOP Candidates running for President in 2012 who should be worried or concerned about winning. 
That worry and concern should be the Democrat Party Who helped place their most radical/extreme Partisan Candidate into the White House back in 2008.  Now as Obama's Famous Controversial Pastor Rev. Jeremiah Wright once said "America's Chickens.....are coming Home...to Roost!" 
Well now the Democrat Party will have to Protect and Defend Against all of the Damage and Destruction that the Obama/Biden have done while in the White House during their first term. 
It won't be fun or easy for the Democrats or the Main Stream Media.  They'll do their best. 
It just won't be Good enough.
This is a new America.  A Smarter America.  It's also a Damaged and Failing America that Desperately Needs a Breathe of Fresh Air and Pep in their Step right now. 
 

The Only Party offering ideas to move America back in the right direction that it needs to go in is the Republican Party being led/fueled by the Conservative Grassroots Tea Party Movement as evident by the Mid Term Elections in which even Obama had to admit was a "Thumping".  Or in other words, the American People want a new direction because Obama's direction is not working. 
No....I'd say the GOP Candidates and the Republican Party are the Heavy Weights in this Upcoming Title Bout.  Obama/Biden are the Jokers on the Ropes Who have Tons of Explaining and Defending to do. 
The New America I described above only has to look in their own neighborhoods, businesses around town and negative news reports they hear and see every day to realise who is being honest telling the truth and Who is just trying to remain in power long enough to "Fundamentally Change/Transform" America into something they make through Government efforts.  That never works and it won't work this time either.
Actions speak louder than words but in America the actions of the Voters will be electing one of these GOP Candidates to be the Next President of these United States of America. 
Last time I checked Americans recognise and notice losers and make necessary changes when needed to save the country.  No difference here.  Americans will come together to toss out these clowns and elect a solid GOP Ticket Who will do the right things for America and Americans.
