I Was Mad. Now I Am More Determined Than Ever To Help Save America

I am still mad but the anger is burning my inspiration to take the fight even harder to the left.  I haven’t written a blog since the republican primaries.  After seeing Obama get re-elected and the democrat party maintain their majority in the senate, that is only urging me to do more on my part to step it up and increase the pressure on the opposition.  I watched the election results come in.  It hurt to see great conservative patriots like George Allen, Allen West, Josh Mandel, Richard Murdock and Todd Akin lose their races.  When Fox News announced Ohio the projected winner would be Obama, that hurt because I knew exactly what that meant for the next four years.  As if the last four years weren’t hard enough for conservatives to grind through.  Now Obama will be emboldened and push even harder to advance his radical socialist agenda.  I know and completely understand that with Obama-Biden being re-elected and Harry Reid still in full control of the senate as majority leader that Obamacare will not be repealed.  That is just one of the worst things that happened when Romney-Ryan lost and the Republicans couldn’t take control over the senate.  With control of the Executive branch and the senate, Obama-Biden will be able to replace retiring Supreme Court Justices with radical leftist hacks like Soto-Mayer and Kagen.  In which, the senate ruled by Harry Reid will be giddy to confirm any Obama nominee through the senate.  The republicans in congress may still try to pass budgets that will still be tabled by Harry Reid for another four years.  You bet I knew on election night exactly what the consequences were for the next four years.

All in not lost and there is no time for despair.  The Republicans kept control of the house.  There are now thirty Republican Governors, Ted Cruz won big in Texas, Deb Fisher won big in Nebraska, Michele Bachmann fought hard like hell without RNC help to keep her seat in congress and sheriff Joe Arpio is still going to be in office to annoy Obama every chance he gets with his re-election.  While these victories are a positive step in the right direction and something conservatives can be proud about, they pale in comparison to what an emboldened Obama will do to America over the next four years.

The Romney-Ryan ticket received over 58 million votes.  Not all of those 58 million votes were republicans.  Many independents and undecided voters broke for Romney-Ryan in this election.  The overall turnout was weak.  Romney failed to maintain the momentum he had after choosing Paul Ryan as his running mate and his overwhelming thumping he gave Obama in their first nationally televised debate.  Over 8 million more votes were cast for the McCain-Palin ticket in 2008.  The top of the presidential ticket always carries the responsibility for the final result of any campaign.

A lot of fingers are being pointed right now at a lot of different places for how and why the Romney-Ryan ticket failed to beat a failing and weak Obama-Biden ticket.   I put a lot of the blame where it needs to be and should be.  I blame the RNC, the RINO Republican Establishment “Bush” people who pushed for and fought hard for Mitt Romney to be the Republican nominee all the while trashing any and all conservative candidates like Rick Santorum, Herman Cain, Michele Bachmann, Rick Perry and Newt Gingrich.  This same republican establishment cast these conservative candidates as weaker candidates who could not beat Obama in the general election.  People like Karl Rove, Jeb Bush, John McCain, Bob Dole and the like promised us that Mitt Romney was the best qualified despite Romney’s moderate record as governor of Massachusetts and his passing the Romneycare legislation as governor of Massachusetts.  That made Obamacare off limits in the debates, on the campaign trail and in campaign ads from the very beginning.  Romney also failed to attack Obama on Benghazi and Fast and Furious effectively enough to win the debate on those vital issues.

The Romney-Ryan loss hurts and will hurt America more than most of us can imagine right now.  As bad as this loss may be for us to comprehend at this moment, the war over the hearts and minds of America must continue to rage.  We must continue to stand strong on our principles and conservative free market capitalist civil society.  Many of us have been in this fight for freedom and liberty.  It is this fight we must continue to our last dying death.  Why?  The radical liberal leftists never stop.  They never surrender or give up.  They fight, battle and claw with everything they have until they get their way.  We must overcome their resolve with passion and resolve of our own.  Conservatives could’ve given up and rolled over after Nixon’s Watergate scandal or when Barry Goldwater lost to LBJ in 1964.  They didn’t.  Reagan kept the conservative philosophy alive and strong until he won his first landslide victory over Jimmy Carter in 1980.  Too many of our founding fathers, framers of the constitution and brave men and women who defended America through tough wars defending our principles, values and way of life.  We owe it to them to continue this war.  We need to beat back this tyranny attacking our constitution and free market capitalist system.  Failure cannot be an option.   We do owe them that and nothing less.  We also owe our children, grandchildren and future generations to leave them a better, stronger, freer America.

How can we give up now?  What good would that do?  What do we do then?  Where do we go?

I personally don’t want to live or raise my kids anywhere else in the world.  I want to live free and die free as an American.  I am not alone.  Millions of immigrants come here legally and illegally every year to be free and give their children a better life than what they could in their home lands.

My plea and challenge to anyone and everyone reading this blog who knows me and cares about what I say (write) is to not stay down.  I beg you to dust yourself off, take a deep breath and join me in this war over ideas, values and principles again.  Don’t do it for me.  Do it for yourself, our country and our families, friends, neighbors and co-workers.  Isn’t freedom and Liberty worth nothing less?

Remember the fight is not over until we quit.  I say there’s too many of us who are stronger, smarter, passionate and too stubborn to ever submit to the radical liberal leftists.  Now or ever.  I stand with them.  I think you do too.   Let’s keep this fight going.  It’s the RIGHT thing to do.  God Bless You and God Bless America.  We are the land of the Free and the Home of the Brave.  We Should be proving that every single day.  Or it will be over and we won’t have anyone else but ourselves to blame.

Three Cheers For Rick Santorum. None for Mitt Romney.

Rick Santorum finally deserves some credit for being a strong candidate that is clearly electable.  Rick Santorum won Oklahoma, Tennessee, North Dakota and almost won in Ohio which many analysts and so called "experts" were calling Ohio "the crown jewel" of Super Tuesday.  Combine that effort with the hat trick of three wins in one day with Colorado, Minnessota and Missouri.  Rick Santorum has proved with little doubt that his "Made In america" message along with his "Economic Freedom Agenda" vision for America is reasonating with "very conservative" and "tea party" voters.  I do think Rick Santorum will continue to win voters over in the upcoming primary states.  Rick Santorum is doing so well at this point in the primary is truly surprising and amazing because Santorum was being hammered with negative attack ads from the Romney campaign and Romney's CPACs in key counties in key states like Michigan and Ohio.  Again that only proves that more voters know and are well informed about what Mitt Romney is selling and are not buying in.  It should also be pointed out that Rick Santorum was outspent by at least 3 to 1 in every state they've done battle in.  Just as Romney and his surrogates use the same kind of negative attack ads against Newt Gingrich in New Hampshire and Florida after Gingrich's huge win in South Carolina.

Many voting Americans who follow politics and care what is happening in this country and what our government is doing are placing their hope, trust, respect, admiration and vote into Rick Santorum.  These same concerned citizens who follow politics and turn out to vote in every election throughout their entire life are looking to Rick Santorum to rescue this primary from an easy win for Mitt Romney.  They are Conservative Tea Party Patriots who confidently and proudly describe themselves as very conservative when asked by anyone.  They show up at tea party rallies, protests and organised events with conservative guest speakers like Sarah Palin, Michele Bachmann, Mark Levin, Andrew Breitbart, Larry Schweikart, Jim Hoft, Bill Hennessy and Alfonzo Rachel just to name a few.

Why are these Conservative Tea Party Patriots siding with Rick Santorum over the next-in-line establishment candidate, Mitt Romney?  What is Rick's Appeal?  Rick Sanoturm has fought for conservative issues.  Santorum handles the left with a Clear Consistent Conservative messgage.  For Rick Santorum voters,it's character that counts.  Conservative leaders like Mark Levin and Rush Limbaugh have praised Rick Santorum as the most conservative candidate left.   Rush has even said that Rick Santorum offers a clear contrast to Obama."  There has also been a huge boost in support for Ricksantorum through Great articles on Conservative web pages like Redstate with titles like "Rick Santorum: Yes, he is a true conservative", "Femi-regulars for Rick Santorum", the weeklystandard's Jeffery H. Anderson and Wickersham wrote "Was Santorum a Senate Spendthrift", Which was followed up nicely by popular conservative blogger TheRightScoop's wrote "Dear Santorum Bashers. Read this and weep.", NationalJournal's "Candidate Guide: Where Does Rick Santorum Stand?" and popular conservative blogger Dan Riehl of Riehl World View has written a few positive pieces supporting Santorum when he wrote "Conservatives Shouldn't Abandon Rick Santorum", "It's Rick Santorum's Time", and my personal favorite, "Dear Spineless Cowards: STFU About Santorum's Religion-based Comments".

It could also be Santorum's Winning Work Ethic, Rick Santorum's Iowa video: 'With seven kids...in two mini-vans' helped to prove just that.  Rick Santorum has the best chance of winning over Reagan democrats especially in battleground swing states that will be crucial in the general election against Obama.  Star Parker Wrote "America's heartland supports Santorum".  Rick Santorum is winning more support from Republican women.  Many believe that Santorum is a tough, scrappy and confident guy who would take the fight directly to Obama in the general election.  The Daily Caller's Matt Lewis came up with 5 Reasons Obama Should 'Fear the Vest'.  Newsobserver.com  made their case Why it should be Obama vs. Santorum.  TwinCities.com wrote "Joe Soucheray: Santorum, the guy in the sweater vest, is the one Obama fears "  These kinds of articles clearly cast a positive light on and about Rick Santorum vs Obama in the general election.  So much so that even Paul Scicchitano of Newsmax wrote a column about it entitled "Rasmussen: Santorum Surge Has 'Substance'"

The Wall Street Journal wrote about Rick Santorum's Spirited Reception at CPACAl DiGuido of HumanEvents wrote about Rick Santorum's Surge Online, Winning Friends on Facebook and Followers on Twitter.  That is very important and vital edge to have with the new media among.  Every candidate wants that edge but rarely gains it with some exceptions like Sarah Palin, Herman Cain and Allen West.  If that doesn't matter to you or impress you, Rick Santorum does have a long endorsement list of more well known famous people posted on his website showing who have publicly endorsed him.  It is impressive.  Conservative people like Mark Levin, Glenn Beck, Michelle Malkin, David Limbaugh, Gary Bauer, James Dobson and Joseph Farah just to name a few.

Whether he's winning voters over through his speeches, what he says at the debates or is quoted in the media while on the campaign trail, gaining fans online or important friends in high places, I find myself in agreement with Rebecca Kaplan of NationalJournal when she wrote "Santorum Rhetoric Gets Sharper".  Matt Lewis of The Daily Caller does a good job of reminding his reading audience that Republicans usually win on social issues (and why this helps Rick Santorum).
I personally think most people began noticing and liking Rick Santorum during the Florida debate when he stood out as a positive campaigner who just wanted to focus on the issues and not personal politics.  That only helped him when he took the fight to Mitt Romney in the debate over Romney's support for Romneycare and the individual mandate he imposed as governor of Massechussetts.  I think that was a real eye opener and refreshing moment that conservatives have been waiting for a candidate to do.  Rick Santorum finally did it and did a great job too.  That only helped open the floodgates in the minds of conservatives that somone was capable and willing to take on Mitt Romney.

Once Rick Santorum opened that door, he ran right through it.  Conservative bloggers began to take notice in support of Rick Santorum's effort to expose Mitt Romney's Romneycare and individual mandate in Massechussetts.  Mitt Romney still refuses to admit that Romneycare or the individual mandate he signed into law as governor of Massechussetts was wrong and not a good idea.  Mitt Romney defends it and makes excuses for it.  Too many conservatives already know it is.  Santorum attacks Romney’s record on heathcare, individual mandate saying "Romneycare 'In some respects' worse than Obamacare" and On Healthcare, Obamacare and Romneycare will hurt Ohio families.  Then Santorum blasts Romney for 2009 Opt-Ed on Individual Mandate.  That is a winning message to use against Mitt Romney that should continue to pick up steam and generate momentum in Santorum's direction the further this primary election goes on.    Especially since Rick Santorum has been proven time and time again to  have always been against individual mandates as far back as 1994.  Rick Santorum has always wanted and fought for free market solutions for health care related issues.  A clear distinction between himself and Mitt Romney's approach to health care.
Obamacare, Cap-and-Trade, Stimulus and TARP bills are arguably the top hot button issues that help to create the massive Conservative Tea Party Movement in America.  Romneycare goes against the grain of the Conservative Tea Party Movement because it does include an individual mandate, it is a big government intrusion into the free market system in Massechussetts and by no means conservative.  Erick Erickson of Redstate has called Mitt Romney out at least twice about Mitt Romney Urges to Embrace Individual Mandate and again with his follow up Further Proof Romney Supported a National Individual Mandate in 2009.

I know and completely understand that Mitt Romney would love for his record of Romneycare to be forgotten about and never talked about ever again.  That can't happen, won't happen and shouldn't happen.  The whole idea of the Conservative Tea Party movement and conservative's new media is to hold these politicians accountable for their unnessessary intrussions into our lives.  Whether that be in our homes, workplace, place of worship or health care decisions.  Mitt Romney wants Romneycare to go away and never be discussed again much like John McCain wanted his multiple attempts to pass amnesty through immigration reform to go away from him back in 2008.  It never did and haunted him throughout the primary and into the general election as well.  The same will be true for Mitt Romney with his Romneycare.  It was wrong, a bad bill and should've never been signed into law by him as a republican governor.  The excuses Romney continues to offer up don't cut the mustard either.  Romney was the only governor who signed this kind of individual mandate into law.  Every governor in America faces the same economic issues that Massechussetts was facing and I have news for Romney and his diehard supporters, Massechussetts is not the only liberal blue state with over 85% Democratic legislature.  There's plenty of state governments facing similar challenges that Mitt Romney faced while governor of Massechussetts.  The difference is they found other ways to deal with the issue.  Sadly, Mitt Romney did not.

Why should Mitt Romney's weakness and failure to make free market based solutions in Massechussett  force conservatives who know better have to twist ourselves into pretzels defending Romney's poor decision.  We shouldn't.  We must not.
Rick Santorum is standing up against this.  Conservatives should be supporting him in this effort.  I can't think of a better way of doing this than by voting for Santorum in your state's primary.  When Rick Santorum goes on to win this nomination, don't you want to be on the right side of history.  I do.  I am.  I am doing all I can to help support Rick Santorum.  I challenge you and everyone you know or don't know to do the same.

Here are some Great Links to Articles and Videos on and about Romneycare, Obamacare and the other problems I have with Mitt Romney winning the GOP Nomination.  Please take the time to go through them and see the research I have about this.

This is a critical time in our history and the wrong person leading our party could end up ruining our party forever.  A Mitt Romney for President can do as much harm or worse to the Republican Party and America as a Democrat.  It would just be at a slower pace.  Weak Republican leadership in the White House and Congress gets us nowhere but it does annoy us and frustrate us even more.  Let's save ourselves the frustration and anger now by supporting the Most Consistant Clear Contrast to Obama and Vote to Elect Rick Santorum for President.

Reagan, Obama and the Sign of the Times Ahead!

What an frustrating time it is to be a conservative living in America today.
The America I knew when I was growing up is trying to change into something foreign that I find harder and harder to identify myself with.
I grew up during the Reagan Years. I Have such great memories of President Ronald Wilson Reagan.
President Reagan left such a huge impression on me.
I naturally thought every president would be like him. To me, anything and everything was possible to Reagan as long as it was God's Will and good for the American people.
Reagan relied on the strength of the American people to defeat evil while he was our Commander in Chief.

Reagan was America's most popular President over the last 40 plus years. Reagan won two massive landslide victories. They weren't even close. Reagan first smoked Jimmy Carter in 1980 with 90.89% of the electoral votes or 489 electoral votes to Carter's 49 and then went on to spank Walter Mondale in 1984 with 58.8% Carrying 49 states to a total of 525 electoral votes to Mondale's pathetic 13 electoral votes. That is what a true landslide really is. Not even close. Leaving no doubt. Reagan was America's President.*

*Reagan’s 1984 Election Results - http://www.presidentelect.org/e1984.html

Compare that with what Obama calls his victory over Sen. John McCain in 2008 with only 52.7% to McCain's 46%. A difference of only 6% is NOT a mandate or a landslide Reagan-like Victory. Obama was just able to get a few more woman to vote for him with 56% to McCain's 43% and the younger crowd took to Obama more than McCain as well with 18-27 year old voting 66% For Obama to 32% for McCain. It was much closer in almost every other demographic which include men, voters older than 27.+

+Obama’s Election Results - http://www.realclearpolitics.com/epolls/maps/obama...
http://www.cnn.com/ELECTION/2008/results/president...

My point is that Obama is NO Ronald Reagan. Obama's victory over McCain was weak and pathetic compared to Reagan's beat down on Carter and Mondale! Obama didn't receive a mandate or win in a landslide like Reagan did. In Fact, just the opposite is true. America was lost and confused. America decided to give the young, hip, fresh faced junior Senator from Illinois with a nice smile who played basketball and has a lovely eamily and NO executive experience a shot at the World's most powerful office since Republicans decided to run their most moderate candidate. That was a gamble the Republicans made and lost. Now every American (Republican or Democrat) is paying the price.

America is eagerly waiting another Reagan Presidency.

Some may have thought Obama would be that kind of President. Obama did run his campaign with key Conservative (popular) promises that he's already broken. His first more Conservative promise that Obama broke was his promise to allow everyone to see and read each and every single bill that lands on his desk to stay on his desk for at least a minimum of five days before signing it into law. That way everyone could read it, critic it and have an open and honest debate about it before it just gets signed into law. Obama wasted no time at all breaking that promise within his first few days of office. Obama has yet to allow a bill to sit on his desk for more than three days before signing it into law. That was just his first promise of many he'd go on to break.

The next and biggest promise Obama has broke was his promise to NOT raise anyone's taxes if you don't make more than $250,00 a year or more. Obama promised that 95% of Americans will not see their taxes raised while he is our President. Obama has passed cigarette taxes and plans to sign a cap and trade climate bill with many multiple tax increases in it. Obama also now favors a national sales tax to help pay for his Health Care Refrom Bill. Who knows when all of these taxes, fines, fees etc will ever end or stop or if they even can at this point with this radical liberal at the wheel leading our country into a soft tyranny which can then lead us into Socialism.

We have come a long way from the founders and framers of our constitution. They would have never allowed themselves to be ruled by a King again. That was the whole point of coming here and starting all over again. The Founders made America into something special. A "Shining City Upon a Hill" as Reagan said on January 25Th 1974. *1

*1 Reagan’s “Shining City Upon a Hill” Speech - http://www.originofnations.org/books,%20papers/quo...

Our Founding Fathers did create a very special place here. The Constitution they drafted on May 14Th 1787 was a document that was like no other in it's day or even today. That document separated our government from everyone else. America was unique and still is today. Despite the bumps and bruises and changes America had to make along the way, America continues to be a beacon of hope to billions around the World. Nobody else in the whole entire World enjoys our freedom or our liberty like WE DO! No other country in the World has as great of governing system in place like America does. America's free market and private sector is the envy of the World.

Freedom and liberty are NOT free! They came with a steep price. Many brave soldiers fought and died to protect our Civil Society we now love and enjoy. It's all due to the blood, sweat and lives of the brave men and women in the United States military who bravely fought wars in foreign countries to help/support our way of life. Our quality of life and standard of living is all due to their efforts. We honor and appreciate our troops for what they do.

My Conservative Conscience tells me that there is hope ahead in 2014 and again in 2016. America is waking up. America been herself lately. When America awakens in 2014 and 2016. I see a huge Conservative Revolution much like Newt Gingrich's rise to power as Speaker of the House in 1994 with His Contract For America or Bush's House and Congress Majority in 2004.

I still believe that America is right leaning Conservative. It needs to be to survive as the Founding Fathers intended. The National Gallop Poll Survey taken on June 15Th earlier this year proves that 40% of Americans polled identified themselves as "Conservatives" as Opposed to 35% "Moderates" or 21% calling themselves "Liberals".*2

*2 “Conservatives” Are Single-Largest Ideological Group in national Gallup Poll Surveys - http://www.gallup.com/poll/120857/conservatives-si...

This Gallup Poll, Mark Levin's Book LIBERTY AND TYRANNY: A CONSERVATIVE MANIFESTO's Success of 13 of 14 Weeks on Top of the New York Times Best Sellers List without a Word of Praise or Mention from the Mainstream Media is Insane and Unheard of, Prop 8 in CA Passed by the Majority of CA Voters being UpHeld by CA's Supreme Court, CA Voters Voting Against Every Tax Increase on May 20TH 2009.

There are still a few bright shining stars in the Republican party that we can look to in the future. These stars include Marco Rubio, Ted Stevens, Rand Paul, Allen West, Sarah Palin, Mike Lee and Tim Scott. There are more I did not name or list here but I am keeping a watchful eye on them for now. Conservative talk radio ratings are as high or higher than ever! Conservative authors like Mark Levin, Jedidah Bila, Monica Crowley, Katie Pavlich, Laura Ingraham and Glenn Beck are selling best-selling books like never before!
ALL positive signs of a Conservative Revolution coming in 2014 and again in 2016!

I'm posting this in response to democrats and RINO Repubicans Who keep trying to re-write history about President Reagan. Those who try to make him out to be a "Big Spender". History doesn't support that claim (lie). This Post explains the TRUTH and FACTS about Exactly what kind of fiscal President Reagan Really was. Enjoy this education via Facebook post. Smile http://www.aei.org/papers/economics/fiscal-policy/...

Like I said in the very beginning of this blog. This is a very frustrating time to be a Conservative. Please stay positive! Remain hopeful! Pray! Keep the Faith!

America will find her true Conservative self again in 2014 and again in 2016!

America IS The Land of The Free!

America IS The Home of the Brave!

God Bless America!

My Home Sweet Home!
